Contact Us

It takes a lot of hands to throw a first-rate RG. Below are the contact people for the key areas. We're always looking for volunteers, donations of various sorts, as well as suggestions on ways to improve the RG. Feel free to contact us and let us know how we can make Pilgrimage even better.

RG Chair Al Beecy chair@bostonrg.org
The chair's main job is putting together a great committee. He also handles the administrative aspects of the RG, such as working with the hotel, budgeting, publicity, etc. Contact Al about anything that doesn't fit into one of the areas below.

Onsite Registrars Diane Gaw
Faith Linsky
onsite@bostonrg.org
Pre-Registrar Al Beecy registrar@bostonrg.org
The registrars are responsible for both on-site and pre-registration. In an effort to make your life easier, we have an online registration feature. It is very easy to use and avoids typos on your badge, so give it a try!

Hospitality Rick Kovalcik hospitality@bostonrg.org
Mensans love to eat, drink, and be merry (the drinking may help with the merriness). The hospitality chair ensures that a steady supply of munchies, chocolate (it's a food group), beer, wine, and assorted other beverages are available in the hospitality suites. He also oversee a number of special events such as the open bars, meals, etc. Lots of volunteers are needed to make all this happen. If you're willing to help out, Rick would like to hear from you!

Speakers & Activities Robert Gadbois
with help from
Susan Engelke
speakers@bostonrg.org
Filling several simultaneous tracks with fascinating speakers and fun crafts projects is a tough job, but the speaker chair manages to do it. If you have ideas for speakers or would consider being a speaker yourself, email Rob.

Games Lynn MacDonald games@bostonrg.org
In addition to stocking the games room with lots of fun games and puzzles, the games chair runs a number of tournaments over the course of the RG. Contact Lynn with any games related ideas or questions.

Video Games Chuck Bovaird videogames@bostonrg.org
Chuck will be running our dedicated video games room and featuring special events.

Raffle Wendy Birchmire raffle@bostonrg.org
This year we are looking for donations of new, unopened items (preferrably worth $25+), as well as gift certificates and such for the raffle. Everyone probably has a couple appropriate items lurking in their house -- something you received as a gift, but simply have no use for -- so check your your closets and email Wendy!

Printed Program Ian Randal Strock program@bostonrg.org
The program chair produces the printed program to help you find all the goings-on.

RG Website Al Beecy website@bostonrg.org
Contact Al with any issues related to the RG website. If you spot an error (and Al agrees it's an error), you get 1 Luau Loot.
